I enjoyed learning about all of the components of a bulge bracket bank and how they work together.
What I wish was different
I wish that expectations for the internship had been a little clearer towards the beginning. As sophomore interns, we were paid less and expected to produce the same output/go through the same training.
Advice
I would strive to ask for feedback on how to improve earlier on in the experience.

What I liked
I liked that I was treated as an adult and given serious responsibilities. Working with my manager allowed me to build a good mentoring relationship where I felt comfortable asking questions and where I felt that I was growing both personally and professionally.

I wish there were offices closer to home.

Don't be afraid to ask for help when you feel lost. Take advantage of the opportunities Wells Fargo may offer for interns outside of your group.
